Maruti Baleno On Road Price in Bareilly

Bareilly's place on NH-24, roughly midway between Delhi and Lucknow, means a lot of local Baleno owners aren't buying a pure city car, they're buying something that has to settle into a 100km highway run as readily as a market trip to Kutubkhana. That changes the calculus. On long open stretches you want a relaxed gearbox and sane fuel cost, which is exactly where the AGS automatic and the factory CNG pull in opposite useful directions, and your weekly highway-to-city ratio decides which one wins.

Across the range there are nine variants. The petrol manuals are Sigma, Delta, Zeta and Alpha MT. The AGS clutchless automatics come in Delta, Zeta and Alpha trim. The two factory CNG cars are the Delta CNG and Zeta CNG MT. On-road they run from ₹6.88 lakh to ₹10.38 lakh, each carrying Uttar Pradesh's 9% road tax plus first-year insurance on top of ex-showroom.

For a trader doing regular Bareilly-to-Lucknow or Bareilly-to-Delhi runs, fuel cost over the years outweighs the upfront gap, so the Delta CNG at ₹8.80 lakh on-road deserves a hard look, its per-kilometre running is the lowest in the range. If your highway time is lighter and city traffic heavier, the Zeta AGS at ₹9.37 lakh adds the clutchless ease plus a proper touchscreen, connected tech and rear vents. The jump from Zeta AGS to the Alpha AGS is a steeper ₹1.01 lakh, about ₹1,690 a month on a 60-month loan with 20% down at roughly 9.25%, and it mainly buys the head-up display, 360 camera and cruise control. Cruise is the one item that genuinely earns its keep on NH-24, so highway-heavy buyers can justify it.

On the invoice, two things to verify in Bareilly: the handling or logistics charge, which is negotiable and sometimes padded, and the insurance breakup, which should be shown apart from the fixed 9% road tax. The RTO figure itself is government-set, so there is nothing to bargain there.

Bottom line for Bareilly: if your week is mostly NH-24 miles, the Delta CNG saves you the most over time; if it's mostly town with some highway, the Zeta AGS is the comfortable all-rounder, and only frequent long-haulers should stretch to the Alpha AGS for its cruise control.
