BMW has launched a new variant of the 6 series GT, the 630i M sport signature which is only available with the petrol engine and some new additional features. This trim is launched at Rs 75.90 lakh (ex-showroom, India).

This trim is not that much different from the M sport when it comes to looks. The newer one just gets more chrome on the grille.
According to Mr Vikram Pawah, President of BMW Group India, The BMW 6 series GT screams luxury with its uniquely elegant design, expansive interiors and outstanding driving dynamics that speak of its character. He further states that the BMW 6 series GT has the practicality of a crossover, dynamics of a sports car, silhouette of a fastback and luxury of a sedan, and these factors make the car more sophisticated and no journey can be long enough inside the new signature variant.
The M sport signature additionally has a soft-close function on the doors and inside, the front passengers get comfort seats while the other seats are draped in brown leather with black contrast piping and stitching.
BMW 6 Series GT M sport signature: Features
This new trim has features like keyless entry, gesture control for the infotainment screen, and remote parking assist. The list doesn’t end here. The car also gets two 10.2-inch rear seat entertainment screens, wireless charging, a 16-sound Harmon Kardon surround sound system, and a reverse cam.
When it comes to safety, there are features like 6 airbags, ABS with EBD, a 3-point seat belt for all passengers, ISOFIX, and run-flat tyres.
BMW 6 Series GT M sport signature: Powertrain
The M Sport Signature gets only the 630i and is equipped with a 2.0-litre, four-cylinder, petrol engine which produces around 258hp and 400Nm of torque and is mates to an 8-speed automatic gearbox. There are also paddle shidters, adaptive two-axle air suspension, auto start-stop, brake-energy regeneration, and a 50-50 weight distribution.
BMW 6 Series Rivals
The series is priced between Rs 72.50 lakh – 74.50 lakh and rivals the Mercedes-Benz E-class (Rs 75.00 lakh – 88.00 lakh) and the Audi A6 (Rs 61.60 lakh – 67.76 lakh).
