With festivals approaching, every carmaker has started providing October discounts on their line-up including Mahindra. The brand is offering discounts of up to Rs 1.25 lakh on selected models like XUV300, XUV400, Marazzo, Bolero and Bolero Neo. Along with discount benefits, buyers can also avail benefits on genuine accessories on each of these models.
Mahindra XUV400
Let’s start with the XUV400 because this car gets the highest cash discount of Rs 1.25 lakh for the non-ESC models while the ESC ones get a flat discount of Rs 50,000, that too for the third straight month, but does not get any free accessories.
The SUV is also the only electric vehicle in Mahindra’s line-up and is available in two variants, EC and EL with a claimed range of 375 and 456 km. Both variants are powered by a front-axle-mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor that produces 150 hp. While the EC gets a 34.5 kWh battery, the EL gets a 39.4 kWh battery.
Mahindra XUV300
Next up, we have the XUV300 which will get benefits anywhere from 4000, all the way to 90,000 and free accessories, on the petrol and diesel variants depending upon the trim.
The XUV300 comes with two options – a 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine that produces 110 hp or 121 hp and a 1.5-litre diesel engine that produces 117 hp. Both the engines are mated to either a 6-speed manual gearbox.
Mahindra Bolero
The “Real rugged SUV” of Mahindra, the Bolero is powered by a 76 hp 1.5-diesel engine paired with a 5-speed manual. Talking about the discounts, the discounts range between Rs 35,000 – Rs 70,000 depending on the variant. All 3 variants, B4, B6 and B6 (O) will get cash discounts up to Rs 30,000, Rs 15,000 and Rs 50,000 respectively, with free accessories worth Rs 20,000.
Mahindra Bolero Neo
The more comfortable and urban-looking variant of Bolero, the Neo will avail benefits from Rs 25000 – 50,000. All the four Variants – N4, N8, N10 and N10 (O) will get cash discounts according to the variants. While N4 and N8 will get discounts up to Rs 5,000 and Rs 11,000, the N10 and N10 (O) will get up to Rs 30,000 off. Along with the discounts, all the variants will also get free accessories worth Rs 20,000.
Mahindra Marazzo
We saved the big boy for the last. Mahindra’s only MPV, the Marazzo will get a discount of up to Rs 73,300 on all variants. Free accessories worth Rs 15,000 will also be provided along with the cash discount.
Under the hood, the Marazzo sports a 1.5-litre diesel engine that produces 123 hp and 300 nm of torque and is mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox.
These are the only cars that are currently on offer. Interestingly, the more desired and popular models such as the XUV700, Thar, Scorpio N and Scorpio Classic don’t get any discounts or benefits whatsoever. These models will likely be sold with discounts before Diwali.
