Before signing the invoice, confirm that CNG variants show zero in both the road-tax and green-tax lines. If the dealer quotes road tax on a CNG variant, push back with the Uttarakhand CNG exemption. On petrol variants, verify the 6% or 8% rate matches the ex-showroom bracket. Ask for the insurance split rather than accepting one consolidated figure.
