Kota sits on the NH-52 corridor to Jaipur, and some buyers wonder whether registering at the other end helps. It does not, since Rajasthan's road tax is statewide and the on-road price is the same wherever you register, and the registration has to match your real address. On the dealer quote, the two lines to scrutinise are insurance, which you should ask for separately so you can pit it against an outside quote, and the registration and tax block, which should total the ₹35,934-plus figure for your variant and nothing extra. The takeaway for Kota: the Delta AGS is the variant that fits the coaching-shuttle life best, and the CNG pair only makes sense if your monthly distance is genuinely high.
