Mahindra has released another teaser of the upcoming XUV 3XO, which is the facelifted version of the XUV300. The new teaser has been released just a few days prior of its global debut and reveals some interesting details related to its Performance and Fuel efficiency.
Mahindra XUV 3XO Teased Again – Performance and Mileage Figures Revealed
As per the latest teaser, the XUV 3XO has the capability to complete the 0 to 60 kph sprint in 4.5 seconds which is pretty impressive when compared to other cars such as Venue and Sonet with their 120 hp 1.2-litre petrol-DCT engine completed the sprint in 5.30 seconds and 5.87 seconds respectively. But the exact number will be known once it launches in the market.
The teaser also confirms that the updated C-SUV will come with multiple drive modes similar to the XUV700. The XUV300 has 3 drive modes namely Zip, Zap and Zoom and the XUV 3XO will potentially come with the former two.
Furthermore, Mahindra also revealed that the XUV 3XO will offer an ARAI-certified fuel efficiency of 20.1 kmpl which is quite good and is probably the figure of the diesel powertrain, not the turbo-petrol once. However, it is definitely less when compared to the likes of Tata Nexon and Kida Sonet diesel iMT, both of which offer a fuel efficiency of up to 24.07 kmpl and 22.3 kmpl respectively.
That being said, the XUV 3XO will continue with the same 3 engine options – 1.2-litre turbo-petrol, 1.2-litre direct-injection turbo-petrol and 1.5-litre diesel. The second engine will further get a new Aisin-sourced 6-speed torque converter automatic gearbox as well.
The new teaser also reveals its new full-digital TFT instrument cluster. The driver’s display will be 10.25-inch in size along with the touchscreen infotainment system, essentially borrowing the XUV400’s 10.25-inch infotainment screen.
