Vadodara is a good city for reading the Victoris table by usage rather than by tax anxiety. The fixed-fee stack is small, and Gujarat's 6% RTO applies evenly across the production rows, so the bigger question is whether your week is mostly Alkapuri-Gotri signals, Manjalpur family errands, or Makarpura GIDC and Halol-side runs. That keeps the VXI manual, VXI AT and ZXI manual in the centre of the shortlist.

The range has 21 variants. For a family car that crosses Old Padra Road, Akota and station-side traffic often, that monthly step may be more useful than stretching to ZXI. Buyers who do more highway and late-evening running can justify the ZXI manual at ₹15.15 Lakh for auto LED headlamps, 17-inch alloys and wireless charging. A mixed test route through slow traffic and a faster open stretch will expose which upgrade actually helps.

Before paying, ask the dealer to show registration, HSRP, smart card, postal fee, FASTag, TCS and insurance separately. Ask separately about exchange, corporate, loyalty or accessory benefits if they apply to your case, but keep those outside the core on-road calculation. Vadodara's clean tax line makes add-ons easier to spot, so do not accept one bundled round figure.
