Hyundai Venue Executive Turbo Launch: New Base Turbo

Hyundai has launched the Venue Executive Turbo, which is a new variant of the brand’s one of the best-selling SUVs, The Venue. The new Executive Turbo will act as the new base Turbo variant and is meant to grab more sales in the most competitive sub 4m SUV segment of the Indian market.

The New Venue Executive Turbo variant is priced at Rs 10 Lakh (ex-showroom), making it Rs 40,000 cheaper than the previous base S(O) Turbo variant, and is now the most affordable Turbo Petrol in Venue’s lineup.

Hyundai currently has two Sub 4 m models – Exter and Venue. The Venue is in tough competition with segment leaders like Tata Nexon, Maruti Suzuki Brezza, Kia Sonet, Renault Kiger, Nissan Magnite and XUV300.

In order to try and get ahead of the segment competitors, the Executive Turbo has made its way into the market as the most affordable Turbo Petrol variant of the Venue. It is offered with a manual transmission option and gets exclusive Executive badges on the outside.

As mentioned earlier, the newly launched Venue Executive Turbo sits below the S(O) variant and is priced at Rs 40,000 less. For the price, the new variant gets a lot of standard features including 6 airbags, 3-point seat belts, ESC, VSM, Hill Assist, Auto Headlights, TPMS and more.

Other features include cruise control, rear AC vents, and steering mounted controls, rear washer and wiper, 8-inch touchscreen with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, TFT MID screen, front armrest, 2-step reclining seats and more.

Hyundai also updated the features of the S(O) Turbo Trim and the revised price range of the S(O) Trim now starts from Rs 10.75 lakh for the 6-speed manual and goes all the way to Rs 11.85 lakh for the 7-speed DCT. The new features include a sunroof and map lamps for the driver and front passenger.
