The Hero Xtreme 125R has been leaked ahead of its official debut at the Hero World 2024. The commuter will be showcased alongside the Xoom 125R, Xoom 160 and the Mavrick 440. Although Mavrick is the main highlight of the event on 23rd January, we should also acknowledge the little 125cc guy since it will be a part of a short list of 125cc sporty commuter segments which only consists of the Bajaj Pulsar and TVS Raider as of now.
We already got the idea that the Xtreme 125R will feature an aggressive design and it is now confirmed by the leaked images. The bike has a sleek LED headlight with a muscular fuel tank and a slim rear with split seats.
The motorcycle also seems to be using telescopic forks at the front along with a single disc brake and a monoshock at the rear. Apart from this, the chassis and exhaust muffler seems identical to the bigger Xtreme 160R.
The Hero Xtreme 125R will be powered by a new 125cc, single-cylinder engine whose power and torque numbers have not been out yet, although since the bike will be a sporty commuter which will mainly rival the TVS Raider, it is expected to come paired with a 5-speed gearbox and similarly powered.
