Hero Vida V1 Pro and V1 Coupe debut – launch soon

Hero recently unveiled the Vida V1 pro and V1 coupe at the EICMA 2023 show and will be launching in the European and UK markets soon. With the sub-brand Vida Hero now aims to expand its reach to new markets and become a more established name worldwide.

Hero Vida V1 Pro and V1 Coupe debut and Expansion plans

Hero Motor Corp entered the electric 2-wheeler field last year with its sub-brand Vida and now is very keen on making its entry in the Spain and France markets in Europe and the UK. Hero will first start operations with Vida electric line-up and will follow up with more premium ICE scooters and motorcycles like Xpulse, Karizma XMR, Xoom 160 and Xoom 125 down the line.

The company plans to officially start its operations around mid-2024 and has already identified the key distributors from the target markets and they are expected to commercially shake hands soon enough.

For the UK, Hero has selected MotoGB with 150+ dealer networks as the main distributor while Noria Motos and GD France

As for the scooters, both the V1 Pro and V1 coupe come equipped with removable batteries with a capacity of 3.94 kWh, real-world range of 110 km two-way throttle, cruise control, OTA updates, a 7-inch touchscreen dashboard, keyless start, full LED lighting and more. The V1 coupe was also revealed with a unique FIY single and double-seat configuration option.

Hero expands the Xoom lineup

Apart from the Vida twins, Hero also showcased two new scooters at the EICMA – Xoom 125R and Xoom 160. The former is a spot and stylish scooter that will rival the current undisputed king of 125 cc in India, TVS Ntorq. But the one that’s getting more attention is the latter, which will debut Hero’s new 156 cc liquid-cooled engine i3S technology.

According to Niranjan Gupta, CEO of Hero Motorcorp, the company’s expertise in providing high-quality personal mobility solutions at not-so-expensive prices will be loved and appreciated by customers across the world. He further adds that the aim is to Innovate and Manufacture in India for the world and Heor is moving towards that target swiftly and steadily.
