Let’s be honest here, many of us got confused back when we were kids when we first heard the brand name and thought it was an Indian brand in the International market. Anyways, the Indian Scout lineup now uses a new engine, called the “SpeedPlus” which is a 1,250 cc V-Twin engine that generates 105 hp at 7,250 RPM and 109 Nm at 6,300 Nm (Company claimed). The top-spec 101 Scout has an even higher output which clocks at 111 hp and 111 Nm.

To support the new engine, Indian is also using a new tubular steel frame and tucked away the radiator a little more subtle than before, which is quite important for a bike that puts emphasis on power and looks.

Speaking of looks, the 2025 Indian Scout will be available in 5 variants – The stripped-down Bobber, the aggressive sport, the heritage-inspired Classic, the Super for light-touring and the top-spec 101 Scout. Each of these variants is available in 3 configs – Standard, limited, and Limited + Tech which basically means 15 different combinations of the Indian Scout. The Limited pack further unlocks some paint schemes and features such as cruise control and traction control while the top-spec Limited + Tech adds on a circular 4-inch TFT dashboard along with a keyless ignition.

The Super and 101 variants moreover get the Limited+Tech variant as standard which means the TFT cluster, riding aids and the keyless ignition all come fitted from the factory upon purchase of any of these 2 variants. The 101 Scout also gets fully adjustable suspension at both ends with Brembo monoblock calipers and twin discs at the front while the Super Scout comes fitted with a backrest, pillion seat and saddlebags as standard.
