2026 Hero Xpulse 421 Imagined based on Leaked Patent

Hero Motocorp is going all out to expand its premium lineup with back-to-back launches like the Xoom 125, Xoom 160, Xtreme 250R and Xpulse 210. But the real ADV lovers are waiting for the Xpulse 421, whose design is already patented by the brand and is reportedly in development, hoping to be launched next year.

Hero Xpulse 421 Rendered (Spoiler: It looks Good!)

The leaked patents of the Xpulse 421 made it possible to render what the bike might look like, courtesy of rendering artist Pratyush Rout, who created his version of how the upcoming Hero’s ADV might look. These renders are in multiple colours such as Blue, Red, Grey, Silver, Copper and white, and all of these paint jobs get cool-looking triple-tone graphics as well.

Based on a new 421cc platform, the brand is formulating a new lineup of premium motorcycles. Xpulse 421 ADV is likely to be the first of these bikes to come with this engine, and as such, the company has also patented a bunch of other components aside from the design.

In the renders, the handsome front fascia features an integrated LED headlight setup with a tall windscreen, which is clear and adjustable as well. The bike also features semi-fairing which enhances its muscular appeal and also has aerodynamic benefits.

Speaking of which, the design is overall quite muscular and screams adventure with sleek knuckle guards with ORVMs mounted on the handlebars. A single-piece seat with a rear step is also added with a sturdy luggage rack to accommodate a top box. There’s also a metal bash plate to protect the underbelly and engine when you go over any unwanted obstacle.

The exhaust seems to be an upswept unit, which will help in water wading and prevent excess dirt from entering when riding through the rough terrain. As for suspension, USD telescopic front forks and rear mono-shock, which are fully adjustable, while braking is taken care of by single-petal disc brakes at both ends with dual-channel ABS. The wheels appear to be 19-inch front and 17-inch rear wire-spoked units wrapped with dual-sport tyres.

We are still unsure about the features since there’s not much visible in the renders, but the Xpulse 421 might get a colour TFT display with smartphone and Bluetooth connectivity alongside navigation support as well. Also expect other premium features like ride-by-wire throttle, a slipper clutch and even cruise control.
