New Yezdi Streetfighter, Adven-X to Launch Soon

Yezdi is all set to bring some heat into the market as two new models have been spotted – the Streetfighter and Adven-X. Both these bikes are an effort by the brand to compete with its direct competitors like Royal Enfield and there are some noteworthy details that make these 2 models interesting.

Yezdi two models spotted

Starting with our first bike, the Yezdi Streetfighter, which is quite cool-looking but has some elements which contradict its name. For instance, you notice the riding stance, which seems to be upright with a long flat seat, like what we normally see in neo-retro roadsters and on the other hand you have suspension units and spoked rims shod with dual-purpose rubber that look straight from the Yezdi Scrambler. We ain’t complaining as the bike is looking pretty solid in design, but then again, you should not name a bike “Streetfighter” when it has elements of an ADV bike.

Speaking of ADV, we come to our next model which is the Yezdi Adven-X. This bike is essentially Yezdi Adventure on steroids with what seems to be a longer-travel suspension on both ends. It also seems to sport knobby block-pattern tyres at both front and rear, although the rim sizes appear similar to the standard adventure.

The seat meanwhile has gone through a makeover and has become a flat, rally-style unit which looks different from the single-piece design of the new Royal Enfield Himalayan Rally Pack. It still retains distinct sections for both rider and pillion. One key element here is that it carries ‘Rally Pro’ badging on side panels which is exactly what we see on the off-road Tiger line-up by Triumph.
