Details about the updated model have been revealed at the 2024 EICMA. If it is launched in India, this updated model could come in the price range of Rs 11.5 Lakh to Rs 12 lakh (ex-showroom). Honda is expected to introduce the new XL750 Transalp in India later this year or early 2026.

The current version is quite good, and at the price point it is currently being offered at, it’s worth buying, but you can also wait for the updated model to arrive, although it won’t come with drastic changes. The Honda XL750 Transalp is powered by a 755cc, liquid-cooled, inline 2-cylinder engine that produces 91.7 hp and 75 Nm of Torque. It is paired with a 6-speed transmission and also has a slipper clutch. So, the power delivery and performance are the same, but the changes lie in its suspension setup.

The front 43mm Showa USD forks will be softer in compression and rebound, which will ensure enhanced bump absorption, so the rides will be much smoother. Compared to that, the monoshock will be firmer to get enhanced handling and control. This will be helpful when you are taking those bikes to rough terrains as well as long rides on highways. The Suspension travel of 200 mm front and 190 mm at the rear will remain the same.

Other changes on the updated model include a refreshed LED headlight, a revised windscreen and new colour options, while new features include a 5-inch colour TFT display with Bluetooth Connectivity and Honda RoadSync. The switchgear will also be updated.
