The motorcycle visually features a red-painted front alloy wheel, in contrast to the overall black palette. The colour options are available in 3 finishes – Glossy Black, Matte Black and Granite Grey.

Key highlight of this update is the front suspension, which is now a 37 mm Upside-Down Forks (USD), replacing the telescopic forks. It is further supported by a new hydro-formed handlebar setup, which is claimed to be more communicative, more rigid and provides better handling during high-speed cornering than the older unit. The bike also features three riding modes.

Speaking of which, the three modes are Sport, Urban and Rain, which allow remaps to ABS and throttle response that help in different riding conditions. It is further equipped with a dual-channel ABS system with rear lift-off protection remaining as a standard feature. The Clutch and brake levers are also adjustable now.

As for the engine, the 2025 TVS Apache RTR 200 4V continues to be powered by the same 197.75 cc oil-cooled single-cylinder fuel-injected unit that generates 20.8 PS of Max power at 9,000 RPM and 17.25 Nm of Peak Torque at 7,250 RPM. The engine is now updated to OBD-2B compliance and is paired to a 5-speed transmission with a slipper clutch.
