KTM recently launched the 2025 variant of the KTM Duke 390 in the Indian market with a price tag of Rs 2.95 Lakh (ex-showroom). The new variant brings in new colour options and features like cruise control. Let us talk about the new Duke in detail.

2025 KTM Duke 390: What’s new?

The new Duke 390 gets a major upgrade in terms of features that makes it even more appealing than before. The new gen Duke now comes with cruise control as standard. This is a feature that riders and fans have been asking in the Duke 390 for a long time and will definitely help in those long highway rides.

The cruise control is a major feature upgrade, which is used to maintain a consistent speed without throttle input. It can be activated through the left-side handlebar switch and can be monitored through the TFT screen. This system also integrates ABS and engine management to control the speed. Despite this major update, the price remains unchanged at Rs 2.95 Lakh, making it more value for money and a solid competitor in its segment.

KTM has also introduced an Ebony black colour option which will be available alongside the existing Atlantic Blue and Electronic Orange.

2025 KTM Duke 390: Notable features

The 390 Duke continues to be powered by the 399cc LC4c single-cylinder Fuel-injected engine that produces a solid 46 PS and 39 Nm of peak torque. It is furthermore mated to a 6-speed transmission with slipper and assist clutch as standard. The bike also features a fully adjustable suspension – compression and rebound damping at the front and rebound damping with preload adjustment at the rear.

The streetfighter’s features and technology also set a standard in the segment. It gets traction control with ride modes like Street and rain, a 3D IMU enabling covering traction control, launch control, Quickshifter+ and cornering ABS for increased stability under hard braking in turns and Supermoto ABS allowing more control (and more fun) for aggressive riders.

If the design wasn’t aggressive and sporty enough, the bike’s TFT display features a dedicated Track screen, delivering real-time performance telemetry. But the brand didn’t compromise on the body of the bike to keep the price low despite these premium features. The KTM 390 Duke gets a metal fuel tank with a high-quality finish inspired by its bigger brother, the 1290 Super Duke R. The reworked chassis with a curved lightweight swingarm also contributes to the agility and sporty character of the bike.
