Hero recently dropped the 2025 version of the Hero Karizma XMR 210 at Rs 1.81 Lakh (ex-showroom). The updated motorbike now brings in a set of new updates, aimed at making the bike more VFM. It is offered in 3 variants and gets both visual and mechanical changes to stay competitive.

2025 Hero Karizma XMR 210 – New Updates
Perhaps the biggest update in the updated Hero Karizma XMR 210 is the inclusion of the USD fork, which reportedly improves the handling and the overall ride quality of the bike. A new 4.2-inch TFT fully-digital instrument cluster is also added that now supports Bluetooth connectivity, allowing riders to receive calls and SMS alerts alongside turn-by-turn navigation and other rider information.
These two major upgrades bring the Karizma competitive with its other modern rivals in the segment and enhance its value proposition. The bike continues to be powered by the 210cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that generates 25.15 bhp at 9,250 RPM and 20.4 Nm at 7,250 RPM. The motor is paired with a 6-speed transmission alongside a slipper clutch as standard, making this bike one of the fastest in its segment.

The Design remains the same, which is alright because the Karizma XMR 210 features a sharp and aggressive fairing design, ensuring it stands out in the crowd. The bike is even more attractive now that the new combat edition has been introduced, which wraps the bike in a stealthy combat grey colour with contrasting silver graphics.
As for the price, the variant that is at the top-end (Combat Edition) retails at a price tag of Rs 2,01,500 (ex-showroom). The other two variants are priced at Rs 1,81,400 and 1,99,750 (Both prices ex-showroom), meanwhile continue to be offered in the vibrant colour options such as Turbo Red, Iconic Yellow and Phantom Black.

While the updates the small in number, they are major in functionality and ensure that the bike maintains its competitiveness in the market where the likes of Bajaj RS200, KTM RC 200 and even the pricey Yamaha R15 give tough competition. Hero Motocorp brought the update just when it was speculated whether the Karizma XMR 210 would be discontinued after selling zero units for 3 consecutive months, and the brand will focus on the upcoming Karizma 250, which is set to launch in the coming months.
