The highest on-road row is ZXI Plus (O) AT AWD at ₹22.17 Lakh, built on ₹19,21,900 ex-showroom, ₹1,92,190 RTO, ₹81,724 insurance, ₹2,140 other charges and ₹19,219 TCS. The ZXI Plus (O) Strong Hybrid is lower at ₹21.06 Lakh because its RTO line is zero in this export.

For most Ujjain families, VXI at ₹13.67 Lakh is the first sensible move above LXI. The ₹1.49 Lakh jump adds wireless phone integration, cruise control and push-button start. VXI AT at ₹15.46 Lakh adds about ₹1.79 Lakh over VXI and brings the automatic gearbox, paddle shifters and 360-degree camera, which is useful if much of your driving is within crowded city stretches. That automatic step is roughly ₹3,000 per month under the pinned loan assumption. Include a tight parking turn in the test drive before deciding that camera support is worth the loan increase.

CNG manual can be attractive for high daily running, but VXI CNG at ₹14.82 Lakh is about ₹1.15 Lakh over VXI petrol manual and needs route-level filling access. Strong-hybrid CVT is the unusual Ujjain wildcard: VXI Strong Hybrid at ₹17.28 Lakh is only about ₹1.82 Lakh above VXI AT despite its higher ex-showroom price, because the RTO line is zero. That makes it worth comparing for families doing regular Indore or Dewas trips.

Ask the dealer to show RTO as 10% for petrol and CNG rows, and zero where the export applies it to strong-hybrid CVT. Also check HSRP, postal fee, FASTag, TCS and insurance split before accessories enter the quote.
