The updated Yezdi Roadster has been spotted during test runs ahead of its official launch on August 12, 2025. These spy shots reveal a lot of key components. Let’s check it out.

Yezdi Roadster Receives a fresh design
Yezdi seems to be preparing an update for the Roadster, with a test unit spotted recently prior to its potential launch on August 12. This is the first major update the bike will receive since its debut in early 2022.
According to the spy shots, the bike features several design revisions, such as a swingarm-mounted rear number plate holder, a chopped rear fender and refreshed tail-lamp & indicators. The pillion seat also gets noticeably smaller, suggesting a shift towards a more cruiser-like styling.

As of now, no mechanical changes have been confirmed for the bike, but it is expected to be powered by the same 334 cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that generates 29 hp and 29.4 Nm. This unit is mated to a six-speed gearbox. Though the motor will be the same, expect similar improvements to performance and refinement that we have seen on the Jawa 42 FJ and Yezdi Adventure.
Currently, the 2025 Yezdi Roadster is one of the most-anticipated launches mainly because it’s one of the few retro roadster-styled motorcycles offered in India. The other is from Royal Enfield. The Yezdi, however, stands out due to its stylish and unique designs (Just look at the new Adventure), which gives it a good amount of road presence.
