OLA Roadster X+ Variant Delivery Commenced
The Roadster X+ is now available across the country for Rs 1.30 Lakh (Ex-showroom). The Roadster X lineup is offered in 5 variants, starting with the base 2.5 kWh variant that is priced at Rs 99,999. Above it is the 3.5 kWh variant that is priced at Rs 1,09,999, while the 4.5 kWh trim comes in at Rs 1,24,999, with the plus version being Rs 5,000 costlier. The top Roadster X+ 9.1 kWh variant, priced at Rs 1,99,999, features OLA’s new 4680 brand cell and claims 501 km on a full charge.
The entire Roadster X range is fitted with a mid-mounted motor with chain drive, working simultaneously with an integrated MCU that controls how the torque is distributed and helps enhance both acceleration and energy efficiency.
To reduce heat buildup, the platform uses a flat-style wiring looms, which furthermore reduces the overall weight and improves internal space management.
The battery pack is IP67 rated for water and dust resistance. Its internal layout features improved wire bonding, and the brand claims that the battery management system has been designed to be user-serviceable, aiming to reduce complexity in long-term maintenance.
Features-wise, the bike is supported by MoveOS 5 that brings functional software upgrades like reverse assist, selectable regen mode and cruise assist. These changes are available across the series backed by a shared electronic platform.
The OLA Roadster X+ 4.5 kWh variant is offered in 5 colour schemes – Anthracite, Industrial Silver, Stellar Blue, Pine Green and Ceremic White.
