Toyota has launched the Innova Crysta GX+ which is a new mid-spec variant for its highly popular as well as one of the highest-selling models in India. The variant starts from Rs 21.39 Lakh and is positioned between the GX and VX versions.
Toyota Innova Crysta GX+ Launched: Highlights
According to Toyota, the Innova Crysta GX+ has 14 more features than what is offered in the GX. These include a rear camera, dash cam, auto-fold mirrors, wooden panels, diamond-cut alloy wheels and premium fabric seats. The new variant is available in both 7 and 8-seat configurations and is priced at Rs 21.39 Lakh and Rs 21.44 Lakh respectively. This makes it Rs 1.40 Lakh to Rs 1.45 Lakh more expensive than the GX offering.
This powertrain remains the same which is the 2.4-litre diesel engine that generates an ample 150 hp of power and 343 Nm of Torque and comes with a 5-speed manual transmission as standard. The Innova Crysta lineup is currently priced between Rs 19.99 Lakh and Rs 26.30 Lakh and is placed below the newer Innova Hycross in Toyota’s Lineup. Currently, the MPV does not have a direct rival in India, it competes with Mahindra Marazzo and Kia Carens indirectly.
