Mahindra XUV.e9 – Details We Got Till Now
Interestingly the test mule of the Mahindra XUV.e9 is wrapped in a cyber-pattened camouflage wrap, maybe to indicate the EV’s futuristic concept. Apart from this, some notable design elements that are visible include a shark-fin antenna, extended roof spoiler, LED tail lamps with a connected look and an integrated high-mounted stop lamp.
This is not the first time key details have leaked when the XUV.e9 was spotted. Earlier when it was spotted, features like a 2-spoke steering wheel, a 3-screen setup, a new centre console and a drive mode selector were also seen inside the mule.
In terms of size, the Mahindra XUV.e9 will measure 4,790 mm in length, 1,905 mm in width and 1,690 mm in height along with a wheelbase of around 2,775 mm. The EV will be based on the INGLO platform which is shared with Volkswagen.
The Coupe SUV EV is expected to be powered by an 80 kWh battery after launch which will provide an approx 450km of driving range on a single charge.
