TVS Motor Company is reportedly working on a new 450cc Twin Cylinder Motorcycle for India.
The upcoming fully-faired 450cc TVS bike will be based on the BMW's 450cc Parallel-twin platform.
The bike will likely be based on the new 450cc twin-platform that debuted at the EICMA 2024 & the BMW 450 GS will be the first to use the new platform.
The upcoming 450cc TVS will be fully-faired and will be positioned above the Apache RR 310. It could be named Apache RR 450 Twin (yet to be confirmed).
The new BMW 450cc liquid-cooled parallal-twin engine generates 48PS/45NM. TVS 450cc engine is expected to be the same with different characteristics to suit the supersport.
The upcoming 450cc TVS-Norton bike is also expected to use the same powertrain with a tweaks to suit to the neo-retro roadster.
The brand is also working on a new electric scooter which will most likely target the performance segment & will be different from the iQube family. It will go live in this financial year.
TVS is expected to reveal the 450cc faired bike at the MotoSoul 2025 while the Norton 450cc bike will debut globally at the 2025 EICMA.
