Honda Motorcycle & Scooters India (HMSI) has finally launched the much-anticipated Rebel 500 cruiser in India.
The bike is launched at Rs 5.12 Lakh (ex-showroom, Gururgram) and is avaliable only via BigWing Topline Dealerships in Mumbai, Bengaluru & Gurugram.
The Rebel 500 is already a favourite choice among cruiser lovers globally, and it finally debuts in India as part of Honda's premium motorcycle lineup.
Featuring an iconic retro cruiser design with a steep fuel tank, round LED headlamp, and a low seat height of 690 mm, the bike is both stylish and easy to ride.
It is built on a tubular steel frame and comes equipped with telescopic front forks and twin rear Showa shock absorbers.
Braking is taken care of by a 296 mm front and 240 mm rear disc setup supported by dual-channel ABS. The cruiser rides on 16-inch wheels wrapped in Dunlop tyres.
Powering the Honda Rebel 500 is a 471 cc, liquid-cooled, parallel-twin cylinder engine that develops 34 kW at 8,500 RPM and 43.3 Nm torque at 6,000 RPM. the motor is mated to a 6-speed gearbox.
Bookings are open for the Rebel 500 via the BigWing Topline Dealerships or the online website. Deliveries are slated to commence from June 2025.
