Hyundai has been operating in India for decades now with an extensive lineup which comprises models of all price ranges from entry-level like Santro and i20 to premium like Tucson and IONIQ 5. The brand is also one of the few brands in the country which provides consistent updates to its existing portfolio and interestingly it brings lots of new features and modern styling with each update.

The Alcazar facelift will come in 6 and 7-sear layouts. It will rival the likes of the Mahindra XUV700, Tata Safari, Kia Carens, Toyota Innova and the MG Hector Plus.

Hyundai Tucson is the flagship offered by Hyundai in India and the brand is planning to bring in the Tucson facelift soon. With a tentative launch in November 2024, the updated Tucson is priced from Rs 29 Lakh to Rs 36 Lakh (ex-showroom, India). The facelifted SUV gets a slightly sharper and more modern look which are minor updates but gives the car a new look. The car will also come with a new cabin and a comprehensive list of updated features, making the car comfortable and premium. The Tucson facelift will compete with the likes of Jeep Meridian, Skoda Kodiaq, VW Tiguan and Citroen C5 Aircross.

Hyundai Creta EV

After the launch of the Creta Facelift, the Hyundai Creta EV has been spied multiple times and is expected to launch in January 2025 in the Rs 22 Lakh to Rs 26 Lakh. The electric Creta is expected to come slightly different design such as a closed-off grille, however, it will likely get the same feature set as the ICE Creta. Upon Launch, the Creta EV will compete with the MG ZS EV, Maruti eVX and more.

Showcased at the Auto Expo 2023 in India, the Ioniq 6 could potentially come to India by February 2025 in the price range of Rs 50 to 55 Lakh, the same as the Ioniq 5. Although unlike the Ioniq 5, this car will feature a sleeker appearance with a coupe-like roofline and it looks very premium, sort of like a Porsche. The car will be packed with state-of-the-art technology and the latest features since the Ioniq series is basically Hyundai’s way of showing off its innovative design and technological prowess. Upon launch, the Ioniq 6 will directly rival the Volvo XC40, Kia EV6, BMW i4 and Volvo C40 Recharge.

The Santa Fe was the top-of-the-line Hyundai model for 2014-2017 in India and was featured in several automobile magazines like Autocar, but was discontinued perhaps because it was ahead of its time. Now, the new-gen Santa Fe will reportedly make its comeback in the country by February 2025 in the expected price range of Rs 45 Lakh to Rs 55 Lakh. The new Santa Fe is in line with the design language of the newer Hyundais with the H-shaped DRLs and taillights. The interior too will be a feature-packed cabin that will offer a premium experience. Upon launch, the new Santa Fe will rival the likes of BMW X3, Audi Q5 and Mercedes GLC.

Along with an elegant exterior, the Palisade will also come with a premium spacious cabin. The SUV will be loaded with top-of-the-line features, which Hyundai is expected to offer in a single top-spec variant in India.

This MUV is also expected to arrive in India in July 2025 in the expected price range of Rs 9.60 Lakh to Rs 17 Lakh. The Stargazer upon launch competes with the Maruti Suzuki XL6, Kia Carens and Maruti Ertiga.
