So Hero offers a bunch of services via their Goodlife Benefits like free vehicle wash, free express service, free nitrogen refill, up to 10% discount on accessories, 50% discount on paint protection treatment and 1st paid service labour and discounted on JoyRide Renewal (AMC).
The basic warranty on all the Hero motorbikes is for a period of 5 years or 70,000 km and scooters for a period of 5 years or 50,000 Km, from the date of purchase. It is also a must to avail of all free and paid services from Hero Motocorp’s authorized workshops only and in case of any defect found, the brand’s only obligation is to repair or replace those parts which are considered to be defective. However, improper handling of the vehicle won’t be accepted for a defective product.

The brand further promises its Service as a Product and provides periodic maintenance to accidental repairs with high quality engine oil, parts and other required accessories. The mechanics are also good experienced people. It also offers complete peace of mind with the convenient doorstep service alongside pick up and Drop, RSA and Express service.
As mentioned before the JoyRide maintenance package has its own perks like 4 periodic maintenance at authorized workshops, up to 30% on service labour cost, 5% off on engine oil, free minor jobs, a 10% labour discount on extra work, special invitations to all free check-up camps and increased resale value of the Hero model.
Hero Motocorp also provides roadside assistance which has some really good features like fuel delivery, on-the-spot Mechanical electrical repair, towing to the nearest service centre and puncture repair.
