2025 TVS Sport – New Variant for the Commuter

The Sport from TVS competes in a category that is dominated by Hero MotoCorp’s Splendor series. The Sport, when compared to the Splendor offers a bigger engine and better performance while being priced less as well. The 2025 iteration of the Sport is here alongside its new variant to enhance its appeal even more.

The ES+ variant, priced at Rs 60,881 (ex-showroom, Delhi), is placed above the Self Start (ES) Alloy Wheels variant that retails at Rs 59,881 (Ex-showroom, Delhi) and below the Self Start (ELS) Alloy Wheels variant that costs Rs 71,785 (ex-showroom, Delhi).

The 2025 TVS Sport ES+ is offered in 2 colours, and they stand out from other colour options with the remaining two variants. These include Black Neon and Grey Red. Both these colours have nice finishes and minimal graphics on the fuel tank. Even the front headlight and mudguard are colour-coded too.

Furthermore, the ES+ is the only variant that gets a black pillion grab rail, while the other two variants get a silver finish, so this variant is stated to be the sportiest variant of the TVS Sport commuter. The ES+ is also the only variant on the Sport series that gets pinstriping on alloy wheels, which are colour-coded as well.

Apart from style, the bike is quite basic courtesy of its market positioning and price tag. It gets RSU telescopic front forks and twin shock absorbers at the rear. The braking is taken care of by drum brakes, and that is the only option. The weight of the bike is only 112 kilos with a 10l fuel tank.

As for powertrain, the bike is powered by a 109.7cc single-cylinder air-cooled fuel-injected engine that generates 8.08 bhp at 7,350 RPM and 8.7 Nm of Torque at 4,500 RPM. The motor is paired with a 4-speed transmission.
