Ducati recently announced a price hike on select models in its Indian lineup, which will take place from Jan 1, 2025.
The reason behind the increase in price is due to Inflation & costs of raw materials.
Bipul Chandra, managing director of Ducati India states this 'price correction' will let the brand maintain its premium positioning while adapting to the global economic issues.
Ducati might hike its price, but the brand is also set to launch several new models in 2025 like the Scrambler Icon, Multistrada V4 & Scrambler Full Throttle.
The Multistrada V4 gets a V4 Granturismo engine that produces 170hp while the Scrambler Icon is inspired from the Classic Ducati Scrambler & features a 803cc ai-cooled motor.
Ducati had a successful year, dominating MotoGP by winning 19 races out of 20, showing the brand's testament to making powerful bikes.
