BMW India recently announced a price hike of up to 3% from 1st January 2025.
The hike is annouced due to the rising material costs, increasing the production & operational costs.
BMW currently sells the 2 Series Gran Coupe, 3 Series LWB, 5 Series, 7 Series, X1, X3, X5, X7 & M340i in India. These are produced locally & will get the price hike.
The brand further sells the i4, i7,iX1, i5, Z4 & M-badged cars in India as CBUs.
BMW's price hike move comes right after its German rival Mercedes-Benz India's price hike announcement. The latter will also increase the price up to 3% from Jan 1, 2025.
BMW have not announced any price hike on their 2-wheelers in India yet.
