Good news for Hatchback lovers and Tata fans, a few Tata dealerships across India are offering discounts on several of their models and one of the models getting some hefty discounts is the Altroz. The premium hatchback is getting benefits in the form of exchange bonuses, cash discounts and corporate discounts.
Talking about the exact numbers, The Altroz will get cash discounts of up to Rs 20,000, corporate discounts of Rs 5,000 and exchange bonuses of up to Rs 20,000. Offers are valid up to the end of November. Currently, the Tata Altroz is priced at Rs 6.60 lakh to Rs 10.74 lakh (ex-showroom, India) and rivals the likes of Baleno and Glanza.
Tata Altroz Specs
The Altroz is a premium hatchback from Tata that offers good safety, performance, and looks and is also one of the only cars in the country that comes with a diesel engine. The Altroz is also feature-packed with LED DRLs, a Digital instrument cluster with a 7.0-inch infotainment system, Auto headlamps, iRA-connected technology, TPMS, cruise control, climate control, wireless charger, a 5-star Global NCAP safety rating, spacious interiors though it misses out on some feel-good features and can feel a bit slow for people who want performance.
Nonetheless, it’s one of the best hatchbacks in the segment when it comes to navigating in the urban jungle or simply cruising around thanks to its light controls. Oh, and the mileage of the Altroz is also decent as it gives a fuel economy anywhere from 19.14 to 26.2 kmpl.
Tata Altroz Racer – i20 N Line competitor?
First showcased at the Auto Expo 2023, this variant of the Tata Altroz received several updates over the standard unit such as ventilated front seats, six airbags, an electric sunroof, a six-speed manual transmission, and a 10.25-inch infotainment screen. Moreover, as the name suggests, the Altroz Racer is expected to come with a more powerful engine and might rival the performance-oriented Hyundai i20 N line.
