Honda recently unwrapped the Elevate as the rebadged WR-V SUV in Japan. This model is similar to the Elevate sold in India in terms of Specs, Exterior and Interior design but misses out on features such as a sunroof.
To compensate, the brand is offering a different set of additional accessories for the WR-V in its home country. Here’s a list of the new accessories:
Front Grille
Japan customers can opt for an option blacked out grille apart from the standard one which is available in India’s Elavate as horizontal bars. This optional one has vertical slats and chrome surrounds.
Chrome Garnishes
The WR-V can be bought with chrome garnish on the front and rear bumpers, door panels and fog lamp housing.
Chrome exhaust tip
The Elevate SUV gets a standard black exhaust in India, however, in Japan, it can be personalised with a chrome finish with the rebadged Elevate, WR-V.
Graphics and Badges
The “WR-V” decal is now available on the fuel lid as well as the front fender badges finished in chrome garnish.
Illuminated Scuff Plates and logo projection lamp
The new WR-V also gets illuminated scuff plates with chrome elements and a projector lamp that illuminates the WR-V emblem on the surface.
Other Additional Accessories
There are other additional accessories such as a dashcam, boot storage compartment, LED fog lamps and reverse parking cam.
