Yamaha has revealed the NMAX 155 maxi scooter at the Bharat Mobility Expo 2024 in India. The scooter is based on the R15 and even uses the same engine as the sports bike, R15 and MT-15.
The Nmax 155 has an elegant body design with a huge front and feet-forward seating position, which ensures comfort. The scooter also gets a windscreen and All-LED lighting. Overall, the scooter gets the typical maxi scooter treatment in terms of design and looks as big as a bike.
Powering is the Maxi scooter is the same 15cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine that also powers the R15, MT-15 and Aerox 155. The motor churns out 14.9 bhp and 13.5 Nm of torque. Talking about features, the scooter gets Full-LEDs, LCD instrument cluster and more.
Overall, the NMAX 155 is quite good in terms of the overall performance and convenience it offers. Yamaha is currently selling the Aerox 155 in India, and fortunately, it is selling quite well, so the brand is considering bringing the NMAX 155 into our market later this year.
