KTM has launched the global-spec Enduro R in India at Rs 3.5 Lakh (ex-showroom), which makes it Rs 17,000 more expensive than the previously launched India-specific Enduro. With a better suspension, the newly launched bike is better suited to off-roaders and adventurers. Let’s check it out in detail.

KTM Enduro R Global-Spec launched
Briefly after KTM launched the India-specific Enduro R, the brand faced criticisms from enthusiasts and off-road lovers. This is because the Indian version dropped the suspension features from the Global model, which also significantly reduced the ground clearance.
While the India-spec Enduro R matches the 390 Adventure with its travel of 200-205 mm, it is significantly less than the global version, which features a 230 mm travel at both front and rear and a 273 mm ground clearance.

In terms of features and components, the Global-spec Enduro is equipped with a 4.1-inch colour TFT instrument console with Bluetooth connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation, app connectivity and music control functionality.
As for the engine, the bike is powered by a 399 cc, liquid-cooled LC4c motor that churns out 45.3 bhp of peak power and 39 Nm of peak torque. This unit is mated to a 6-speed transmission.

The global-spec Enduro R is a positive launch in India by KTM since it also highlights the commitment of the brand to providing the best for the customers of the Indian market. This new Enduro R is great for those who spend more time scaling rough terrains.
